1. What is time of delivery?

Normally we delivered within 40days after confirmation of Order. For small or sample order, please do check with us, if we have ready goods in stock, we can make immediate shipment.

2. What about quality assurance?

We offer one and half a year warrantee from the time of shipment for medical equipment, for minor problem, we will provide with free spare parts, For serious problem, we will give replacement free of charge. But if the machine is damaged due to rough handling during transportation, we are free from responsibility, but we will help the buyer lodge a claim against the shipping company or Insurance company, thus all the spare parts or expenses should be borne by buyer.

3. What about the price level?

4.Why we find some prices are very high compared with some other supplier, and from the picture or it’s model number, all looks the same?

Since China is still a developing country, few products have patent right, therefore many small factories are making copy to those products which are selling very fast in the market, of course, they have less expensive in produce these products, and mostly they are using cheap material and less quality control, so, from the picture it is hard to distinguish the quality difference, but when you put the two machine together, it is very easy for you to judge which one is your best choice.

5. Can you supply cheap quality products？

Yes, we can, as we are one of the leading company in this line, we know which factory is producing high quality products and which are producing cheap one, but for cheap quality one, we will not be responsible for the quality problem, in case of quality problem, we can help you to solve the problem with the factory.

6. What is payment terms?

We normally accept L/C at sight, T/T in advance, and 30% downpayment,70% on delivery against copy of B/L.

7.Do you accept Credit Card payment or payment by paypal?

Sorry, we can not accept Credit Card payment. Nor the paypal.
